The course is devoted to implementation of control algorithms on typical industrial control platforms, including creation of graphical user interfaces.
Course contents:
1. The FOXBORO industrial control platform (allowance 12/6)
 
a. Introduction to FOXBORO
b. Implementation of PID controllers
c. Graphical user interfaces

2. The SIMATIC industrial control platform (allowance 14/7)
 
a. Ladder logic
b. Implementation of logic control
c. Graphical user interfaces
d. Implementation of graphical user interfaces on touch panels
