Instructions for Authors
Submission of papers
Papers must be done electronically through the conference management system and must conform to the submission policy described below.
Important notice
Please note that all submitted works will be peer-reviewed based on the full versions of the manuscripts. Therefore, full papers must be submitted by February 16, 2015. One-page abstracts are no longer considered as the initial submission.
Preparation of papers
- All manuscripts submitted to PC'15 must be in the form of regular papers and must be written in English.
- Papers must be prepared according to Instructions for Authors. Corresponding LaTeX and Word templates can be found below.
- Authors are required to submit the full paper in the PDF format by the submission deadline via the submission portal.
- The PDF file must not contain page numbering or any headers and footers.
- The size of the pages must be set to "A4".
- The page limit for submissions in 8 pages for the initial submission and 6 pages for the final version.
- The abstract of the paper must not exceed 250 words. The abstracts will be published in the printed version of the proceedings.
In order to prepare a manuscript for PC'15, start by downloading the IEEE conference template which suits your needs best (LaTeX/Word), open it and copy the text of your contribution directly to a suitable location of the template. Any other method is also permitted as long the output is in conformance with the desired PDF layout. For more information, consult the IEEE Manuscript Template site.

Preparation of posters
Please note that a full version of the paper must be submitted even if the work will be presented as a poster at the conference. Posters should contain headline with names of authors, affiliation with the mail address, and the title of the contribution. The size of the poster board is 90 cm (width) x 85 cm (height). The authors are expected to attend their posters during the poster session according to the conference program.
