The proposed project aims to significantly modernize higher education in technical areas of automation, process control, information and communication technologies, and mathematics, using modern approaches to create multimedia study materials. The intended materials will be video lectures and video seminars for various subjects of bachelor and engineering studies, as well as video blogs for various thematic areas, to support the development of knowledge and interest activities, form both students and the general public. The multimedia materials created will be processed on a professional level, following the standards set by the world's leading universities, and will be available to students through e-courses, but also to other people interested in learning through YouTube. The intended modernization of the study will affect 16 courses that represent a substantial part of the study program of the institute, where the research project will take place. By such modernization, we intend to introduce a stable trend of improving the quality of teaching not only at the faculty and the university where the project will be implemented, but also to share our initiative with teachers from other levels and areas of education. We intend to implement this goal by organizing a series of workshops, of educational and training nature, that will disseminate methods of creating a rich multimedia educational content and its integration into the education process. Creating new e-courses or upgrading existing e-courses in Moodle for the subjects and thematic areas, for which multimedia materials will be created during the project. Such an approach will make it possible to logically divide and categorize the individually created video lectures, video seminars, and video blogs into a single information system and to link them to other existing elements of e-learning for the given subjects.
