Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Students have become familiar with the advanced approaches to modelling, simulation and control of specific processes in biochemical technology; they have become skills in development of program systems for simulation and control of dynamic systems.
Course contents:
1. Linear dynamic and static system (allowance 2/0)
2. Nonlinear dynamic and static system (allowance 2/0)
3. Processes with biochemical reaction (allowance 2/0)
4. Fermentation processes (allowance 2/0)
5. Continuous-time biochemical reactors (allowance 6/0)
6. Semi-batch biochemical reactors (allowance 6/0)
7. Batch biochemical reactors (allowance 6/0)
